The collection is comprised of dry plate photographic negatives made during the period circa 1899-1918 by George Silas Duntley. Largely depicting people, places, and events in and around the Duntley family's home of Bushnell, Illinois, the photographs contain revealing details of family and community life, vernacular architecture, and material culture.
