  • Collection summary Half-length portrait of Captain C. E. Stuffenbeam sitting in a room in Chicago, Illinois. Another man is partially visible in the background. Stuffenbeam was the captain of the Goodrich steamboat, the Iowa, which sank on Lake Michigan. There was only one passenger, M. Hooven, on the boat with Captain Stuffenbeam when it sank.
