Two scouts are clearing away debris by hand, three scouts are raking, others are looking on from their bicycles, and a policeman is overseeing them. A clothesline with drying clothes is visible in the background. 18th Ward Alderman Murray had called for a clean up of the south side neighborhood between Harrison and 18th Streets.
