  • Collection summary Image of football players standing on the field during the University of Chicago and Minnesota football game at Marshall Field. Marshall Field (renamed Stagg Field in 1915) was located north of East 57th Street and east of South Ellis Avenue in the Hyde Park community area of Chicago, Illinois. There is a pile of football players on the middle of the field and several players standing around them. Spectators holding umbrellas are visible sitting in the bleachers.
