- Description A crane lifts one of the structural steel rings of the sculpture off of a pallet in Oakland, California. The structural steel was fabricated by Advanced Building and Metal Fabrication in Chico, California, and sent to Performance Structures, Inc. (PSI) in Oakland, California, where the photograph was taken. PSI fabricated the sculpture's mirror-like skin.
