Next to it, to the south, are the Symphony Center (Orchestra Hall), the Santa Fe Building (Railway Exchange Building), and the Metropolitan Tower on the Park (formerly Britannica Center). Once the home of Encyclopedia Britannica, Inc., the Metropolitan Tower is being converted to condominiums.
