- Description View of the Sears, Roebuck and Company complex, looking south along South Homan Avenue from just north of the intersection with West Arthington Street. The Sears Merchandise Building Tower still stands, but the buildings flanking each side of the tower have been demolished. This complex was the site of Sears headquarters until the Sears Tower (now Willis Tower) opened in 1973.
