The bottom of each print is labeled "A Century of Progress / 1933 Chicago 1934 / Kaufmann - Fabry / Official Photographers." A typed clipping adhered to the back of one print reads: "From- / General Motors Corp. / General Motors Building, / Century of Progress, / Chicago. / Showing why Miss Charline Tucker and Miss Dorothy Swanson of Chicago didn't get their bathing suits wets when they visited the new General Motors Pier at the Worlds Fair."
