Pullman, in which she describes family experiences during the Great Chicago fire of 1871, notes that Mayor Ogden's house is the only one standing on the north side of the city, and that Col. Wood opened his Globe Theater last night. Encloses her Oct. 1st letter (4 p.) on routine personal and family matters. Correspondence and other documents are arranged chronologically.
