  • Collection summary Photoprints and negatives from Green's Chicago studio, of people and events primarily in the Lake View community on Chicago's North side. Photographs taken for community newspapers show buildings, activities and group portraits of organizations, clubs, and entertainment which often include women and children. Some photographs depict patriotic activities related to World War II, military personnel, veterans, and activities in the Lakeview neighborhood related to the Office of Civilian Defense and George Iberle. Some negatives are identified.
