Elizabeth Harris Llewellyn Breckinridge (1914-1976) was a Chicago social worker and expert in the field of aging and senior citizens. She was the author of Community Services for Older People: The Chicago Plan, published in 1952, and Effective Use of Older Workers. She worked as a practicing social worker, developing programs for the Illinois Department on Aging and served as a policy advisor on issues pertaining to older people at the city, state, and national levels.
