  • Collection summary Elevated view of the 33rd Division, infantry soldiers marching in lines north on State Street in the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois, upon their return home. Crowds line the street on both sides, and the buildings are decorated with American flags. The view is looking north from the west side of State Street at Madison Street, across from Rosenthal's Millinery (on the right) located at 31 South State Street (on the east side of State Street).
