- Description The 1890 Wilmette Village Hall. At left in the background, there are storefronts in the block of Central between 12th and Wilmette Avenue. Notices are visible on and beside the front door of the hall, under the distinctive rounded arch. This building was purchased by Arthur Wolff in 1910 and moved to Park Ave. to serve as his residence. Kodachrome transparency dated Sept. 1971
