  • Collection summary Lantern slides show views of the World's Columbian Exposition (1893 : Chicago, Ill.). Includes exteriors of major buildings, such as the Administration Building, the Manufactures and Liberal Arts building, the Electrical building, the Horticulture building, and the Agricultural building. Interior views show the Electrical building, the Agricultural building, and the Manufactures and Liberal Arts building. State buildings include the Wisconsin building, and one view of the Colorado, Washington, and Michigan buildlings. Also includes a general view of the main basin, Old Vienna, and Egyptian Village. Four slides are unidentified. One slide has the label: From Liverpool to Chicago.
