Residences include the Armour family houses (117-125 Lake Shore Drive), Mrs. Jno. Coonley house (620 Division), George Spencer Willits house (369 Erie Street), Hon. Lambert Tree house (Erie & Cass Street), and various houses on Astor Street, Lake Shore Drive, Pine Street (now Michigan Avenue) and Lake Avenue. Commercial buildings include the Auditorium Building, the Monadnock Building, the Owings Building, and the post office. Also includes views of Dearborn Street, the State Street bridge, the Haymarket Square police monument, the Carlson cottage murder scene on Ashland Avenue.
