  • Collection summary Collection composed of two parts. Part 1 is composed of views of Masterpiece Studios, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Process Corporation Card Company), located at 5400 35th Street in Cicero (Ill.), which produced Christmas cards. Includes exterior views of the Process Corporation building at 3450 South 54th Street in Chicago (Ill.), and interior views showing employees at various designing, printing, and packaging workstations. The other part of the collection is composed of vintage and copy photographs relating to the career of Ralph Ginsburg, violinist and leader of the Palmer House Ensemble, which broadcasted programs on WGN radio from the Empire Room and Victorian Room of the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago (Ill.), ca. 1925-1963. Includes autographed headshots of other musicians and performers, and Palmer House programs and clippings concerning Ginsburg.
