- Collection summary Job file for the Schlesinger & Mayer store building, later occupied by the Carson Pirie Scott department store, at 1 South State Street (southeast corner of State Street and Madison Street) in Chicago (Ill.). Includes drawings, blueprints, elevations, floor plans, etc. Some other documents are included as well. Drawings of the distinctive ornamental metal-work are included. The Carson's store closed in 2007.
