Includes her Hungarian passport (1887), obituaries for both Koziks and other funeral items, including a memorial book signed by ca. 160 family members and friends (1944); friendly society items, including her membership certificate in the Slovak Evangelical Society (1913), and legal proceedings of the Illinois Appellate Court for the case of John Kozik vs. the Slovak Evangelical Parish of Saints Peter and Paul (1915); real estate mortgage, bonds and abstract of title (1914); Chicago property tax assessments (1903-1936) and water bills (1904-1938); receipts in Czech and Slovak languages from Chicago businesses and from international money orders for funds sent to relatives in Europe; and 2 baptismal certificates from Saints Peter and Paul Slovak church.
