    • Newspaper clippings, reports, petitions, transcripts of talks, legal papers, correspondence, printed materials, financial records, and other materials of the Homeowners' Federation (Chicago, Ill.) that primarily operated in the far Southwest Side neighborhoods. Topics include policies of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, redlining, derelict neighborhoods, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) legislation, real estate, neighborhood crime, and mortgages. Fannie Mae is mentioned throughout the materials. Much of the correspondence is from Henry H. Graf, president of the Homeowners' Federation.
    • Box 1 includes materials on St. Cajetan, a Catholic parish at 2445 West 112th Street in Chicago, near Merrionette Park (Ill.), including correspondence between Father George L. Schomburg and John W. Gilluly, president of Concordia Savings and Loan. Also included are materials related to the Monterey Vincennes Project, which aimed to enlarge the Morgan Park High School campus, revitalize business along the Rock Island Railway, and improve area traffic flow. In addition are the materials of Don Kelly, an anti-FHA advocate for the Beverly and Morgan Park neighborhoods of Chicago and Blue Island (Ill.). Box 2 consists mostly of newspaper clippings (1974-1976) about housing-related topics and organizations. Also included are the records of the Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA), including the association charter, correspondence, materials of executive director Phillip Dolan, newspaper clippings, and BAPA newsletters (1973-1980).
