Al Trace was a Chicago entertainer, band leader, songwriter and radio performer. Trace's musical groups included "Al Trace and His Orchestra," "Al Trace and His Silly Symphonists," "Al Trace and His 'Little Tracers,'" the "'Shuffle Rhythm' Six," and the "Original Six."
