  • Collection summary Visual materials relating to the Hammond Organ Co. (incorporated in 1928) and to inventions by its founder Laurens Hammond. Subjects include portraits of Hammond and family members, various views of construction of organs, and many different models of organs. Includes images of a self-shuffling bridge table invented by Hammond and displayed at the 1933 Century of Progress world's fair.
